SPI is the interconnect between receiver and flight controller. Somewhere it should say if it's Frsky D8 or D16, both of which are supported by Deviation. As long as it's not Frsky ACCESS protocol it should work.

Both ELRS and TBS are external transmitter modules that are controlled using the CRSF protocol in Deviation. The link to the transmitter module is a serial data connection. On the Devo 10 that requires connecting the trainer port to the external TX. Look at this post and replies for an example of connecting an external TX module.

I don't know about the K110s. You might check if it's supported by the MultiProtocol Module. If so it should work in Deviation also.

Thanks for those links. Managed to install the latest nightly build on the Devo 10. The update history link shows that ELRS and CRSF code has been added. I am interested in some BNF Drones on Banggood that are advertised to support these porotocols:

FrSky SPI
ELRS
TBS CRSF

Does the nightly build support these?

I am also interested in XK K110s which uses Futaba S-FHSS.

I know this protcol is listed as supported, just not sure if it will work with K110s. The supported model list has not been updated so can't be sure if these are supported.

For Frsky both versions of ACCST (D16) are supported. ACCESS is not supported. Not sure what's new for Futaba but haven't been any recent changes in that protocol in Deviation.

I have been using deviationtx since 2015 on a Devo 7e. Recently got hold of a free Devo 10. Is it worth spending money on a 4 in 1 module ? Is the latest FrSky and Futaba protocols supported on the nightly builds ? I can see the nightly builds have stopped sine June 2021. Is it a dead end for development and protocol update? I see old transmitter turnigy 9x is supported by opentx. What are the chances of Devo transmitter getting opentx or edgetx support.

Or should i just invest on RadioMaster Zorro 4in1 transmitter.

Are you sure that "model6.ini" is "*.ini"? Most likely it has hidden extension "*.txt" -> "model6.ini.txt".

I have the original JUMPER T8SG from Banggood.com with the Ver 5.x.x software.
I have programmed several models and things were working fine,
Then on one download of a model6.ini the system could not find any models greater than model5.ini
At the same time, programs that worked before now loose some of their PAGEswhen you look in MIXERS. But uploading the same model
shows that all the PAGEs are present in the .ini file. I tried downloading all the original files that I backed up when
I first got the system. Did not help. Cannot find a Defus for JUMPER T8SG and I don't think there are any
software downloads for the JUMPER T8SG (version 1)..

So I am looking to see if there is a master reset which will reboot the T8SG to is "factory" state.,
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The "Audio Volume" setting should appear in the transmitter config page for Devo8 regardless of whether a voice module is installed. Try installing the devo8 firmware at this link .

I think maybe you still miss some setting.
I can't remember setting cause I've done this long ago.
DFPlayer with only RX connection is one directional, not bidirectional.
so I think missing volume control is caused by wrong software setup.
(But still I'm not sure )

check your firmware version in TX "ABOUT" menu.
backup models and clean up memory and replace with firmware stock files.

and I'll upload photo of what I wired DFPlayer and DSC jack to board.

Hi everybody,
After a while some work with devo8 for voice modification but no success again.
1- Df player is working and play files in the MP3 folder by itself when triggered with button.
2- in SD card there is a mp3 folder and there is voice pack inside the mp3 folder.
3- "voice.ini" inside the media folder.
4- "hardware.ini" modified as descripted.(from BLACKLOTUS)
5- Old Dfu file changed with "deviation-devo8-v5.0.0-c84450e.dfu"(from BLACKLOTUS)
By the way there is no "sound volume setting" in the tx configuration page again,like old one.
Tried when buzzer volume;(step by step) off position to "10" nothing changed.
"PPM in" tried on all positions nothing changed.
6- I'm giving power the dfplayer before powering the tx against any delay.

I bought the Banggood.com T8SG Jumper transmitter several years ago. It comes standard with Ver 5.x.x
When I look in the download sections, I see nothing that can go to T8SG type of transmitter.
Do any updates exist for this machine? I also cannot get any of the deFuse software to recognize my transmitter when I plug it into the USB port. I do see the Tx and all the filesystem from the USB. I can download models and the Tx does recognize them,

So is there any development for T8SG transmitters? Much thanks.

Back in 2017, mwm started a tutorial on making up a model .ini file from scratch.
There were many good comments about the tutorial. He had a .pdf file for a while and then it was removed and the only access was on his personal blog. All the references to the .pdf and his blog now point to a URL for sale designation.

Does anyone have a copy of that .pdf so that some of us "newbies" can learn how to program the T8SG?

The T8SG is very much like my old Royal EVO transmitter. All of the mixer and curve functions are the same.
But what is really different is the "replace" and "trim" functions of T8SG. If anyone knows of a tutorial that explains
how and why you use that functions with virtual mixers, that would be a great aid. Much thanks.

There's two versions of ACCST these days. If your XSR is ACCST v1 it should work with the firmware you have. Try the fine freq adjustment to see if you can bind. If the XSR is ACCST v2 then install the firmware from here . This build has another protocol option for FrskyX to set the ACCST version.

It is ACCST. Yes, you are right. It did't bind...
