About Devo 4

Is there a user manual for Devo 4? (or a tutorial)

Does not seem so.
Maybe the Devo 4 is used with the QR Ladybird and its manual??

But the F4 link works for me in Firefox V32. It contains blanks. Maybe your browser does not display the %20 HTML tag space fillers correctly. It is the Walkera link 1:1 from website.

There will probably be firmware differences anyway...

You might also want to try a Spektrum DX6 V2 Super (black, new), DX8 manual to get you started at least with the basics.
Probably you will be able to adopt the RC firmware concepts to the Devo 4 transmitter.
