Which receiver do you use? Are you using deviation or stock firmware? Did you setup the FC correctly and is it receiving all channels properly (monitored in the GUI)?

VERIFY wiring of the motors (Motor 1 = left front for example and so on), propeller mount (cw, ccw) and if the motors running in the right direction. 90 percent of all issues can be solved by doing this. I by myself did a mistake here, too like almost every multicopter pilots have.

did you accidently select 'heli' while setting up your tx? Then the Tx mixes some channels together for giving the pitch to the Heli. In the GUI only throttle channel should move if you flip the throttle stick up and down...

I fly only Quadcopters, but shouldn't they be programmed the same way like tricopters concerning the tx?

Perhabs a Tricopter Pilot can tell us ;-)

Make sure you have the servo and rear motor plugged into the correct outputs on the KK board...

Another thing could have happened: did you turn your fc by any degrees in yaw direction? This happened to me with my cc3d quadro yesterday, an i had to remeber you with your issue. I turned the cc3d 90 degrees right but forgot to setup this. Caused in two damaged props and one spinner, because it flipped on the ground at about half throttle :-D
