I just modified my Devo10 with installed A7105 and NRF24L01 module, and upgraded Nightly Build Firmware 5.0.0. After that, I turn on my tx and found "Missing Modules :CYRF6936" appeared and cannot skip it with pressing any button. Please help !!!!

If you did that's ok, hook up tx to usb and open the drive, go to the tx file and change the default model to any model which doesn't use a protocol that uses the CYRF module.
After that you'll still get the warning but it'll allow to clear it and finish booting.
Note if you didn't remove the stock module then you have a bigger problem...

We may be able to spot something if you post detailed close ups of the module connections and the Devo connections. If you include a photo with a clear view of all the wiring we can review that as well.

My Devo 10 was already modded with a A7105 and working properly, mainly used on the DEVO protocoles.
I was on a 4.0.1 nightly (don't remember which one), all was fine. I've just upgraded to 5.0.0 but in two steps :
1 - I just upgraded the filesystem (silly, I forgot I had to upgrade the firmware)
-> the radio did boot, I saw I had the wrong firmware version number and understood my mistake
2 - I then ran deviation uploader to upgrade the firmware to 5.0.0, first without formatting or anything
-> upload ok, restart the TX : Missing Modules CYRF6936
3 - I tried to proceed with a full format on 5.0.0, upload ok, then restarted
-> Missing module CYRF6936
4 - I tried downgrading to a stock v4.0.1 firmware + filesystem (full format)
-> Boots properly and works. No missing CYRF.
So it's clearly linked to the upgrade / the default conf. after the upgrade.
Any hint on that ?

You'll have to check the download section for the DFU USB drivers and uploader.
I hope you'll be able to rollback to 4.0.1 to see if it works again for you, as it did for me.
