T8sg Aux 5 not working after fw upgrade ?

hi my t8sg AUX 4 & 5 were working before the fw upgrade now only aux4 works if i open up the transmiter and swap the plugs for 4 & 5 still only 4 responds so the knobs are ok can some one hook me up with an older fw that works for both aux knobs thanks

I'm having the same issue, I used to have my Aux 4 set up as a switch to my mix, but now it doesn't work anymore I don't really know what to do with it besides using a different channel or trying to use trims as switches

What model t8sg do you have?
What firmware did you install?
