Upside down and backwards display was created by Eric B
I have an older T8SG black and silver. Was working fine and then got stuck in usb. I was able to get it back by using the dfu tool and re flashing firmware. When I turned it on the screen is upside down and backwards? What have I done wrong? Anybody have an idea to help? It is more than likely operator error.

What do you use? Nightly build?
Try v5.0.0 build:
www.deviationtx.com/forum/builds/6407-de...cols?start=500#75331
If you got stuck in USB screen, you need restore filesystem, not firmware.

Yes I tried the nightly build. Could the version of the DFU I used cause the problem? I will try the link you attached. If that doesn't change it I think that I will start over from from scratch, whats the worst that could happen...
Thanks for your input and I will let you know what happens.

I suspect you use wrong firmware, probably "deviation-devo7e-256", you need to use "deviation-t8sg" firmware.

I tried the latest from Nightly build v5.0.0 dated today, still same issue. You mentioned "If you got stuck in USB screen, you need restore filesystem, not firmware. Dumb question how do I restore filesystem?

FYI When I used the latest v5.0.0 build and copied it over to the TX I got the message the file was to big, so I unchecked the debug-t8sg zip file and the deviaton-t8sg DFU file and it loaded.

Finally got it working. I probably was using "deviation-devo7e-256" and needed to use "deviation-t8sg" firmware. as vlad suggested. It usually is operator error on my part ha ha. Thanks for your help vlad
