jummperTX T8SG is only showing usb

i just got a jumpertx t8sg and tried to play a sim on my phone and now its only showing usb on it can anyone help all i have is an android phone and a chrombook

can you get into the files if you plug it into the computer and is it the T8SG plus

no it says it not formated

I'm having the same issue on my T8SG V2 plus, only bootlooping on USB logo.

If I turn it on on boot mode it is accesible through deviation uploader, I can upload the firmware but get a usb logo after restarting

If I turn it on I get the USB logo and windows forces me to format the drive

If I format de drive I'm able to see the drive on windows again, should I just unzip the firmware and copy/paste it via windows without using the deviation uploader?

I have the same problem, just the USB logo on starting the T8SG Plus v2 carbon LCD.
The Transmitter name does not update in Deviation Uploader, and the manual says to consult the forums if that happens. (it remains Devo 7e).
Flashing t8sg_v2-5.0.0-1c43d1b.zip did not fix the problem.

No thanks, I got it sorted from Jumper customer service. I posted instructions in a new Topic along with their firmware for 3 versions.
