A little more information. I have ordered and received the exact replacement LCD module for this 12s I successfully replaced it at which time the transmitter functioned and looked like it should for about 5 minutes. Or to be exact when I put the SD card in the DF player while the transmitter was on. Thinking I must have done this all myself I ordered another LCD module, removed everything having to do with the voice alerts modification replace the LCD once again. Power up the TX everything works and looks as it should for about 5 minutes. I am pulling my hair out what am I missing could it be software-related hardware-related I have looked over the main board under magnification and found no evidence of any failures no shorts xcetera if anybody has any ideas I would love to hear them.

It seems upon the screen failing that it gets progressively worse quite quickly the picture I posted earlier is the first point of failure from there it gets to be completely unintelligible and either turns to a dark multi-colored snow or mostly black with streaks of purple. The to LCD modules that I have put in this transmitter where the exact same part number from a reputable dealer both new modules worked as they should for a few minutes before returning to this failed state. The screen presents this problem when started in dfu or USB mode as well

I thought i had it by reloading the firmware, and i did,
at least for 25 min this time.
Configuring models, it started acting wonky again and now is back to the messed up screen,
here is my errors file after the incident,
it was completely blank while it was working as it should.

This is exactly what my tx is doing. Albeit on a color screen but none the less. This is the font corruption that appears and makes things unreadable

I think it can be damaged flash memory or any hardware problem related to sound module. If you remove sound module and problem persist, it can be flash memory S29GL128P10TFI01 chip.

Vlad,
Thank you,
Well it's certainly a cheap enough chip that I wouldn't mind replacing it.
I'm not worried about the task itself, but afterwards do you think I would just flash deviation again like normal or I need a different kind of programmer?
There any way to test this chip that you know of?
With the only occurring a few minutes after a full flash that kind of makes sense.
