Need add on module in T8SG to bind SYMA ? was created by CLINT
Hello
Sorry for my poor English…
I have just bought à T8SJ PLus V2.0 to use with my Drone Navigator 169V (like a same as Syma X5c i think)
I keep the firmaware whitch was installed (v5.0.0), but when I try to bind it doesn't work…
I'm in flight Mode 1 (trottle at right stick)
So I have a question : are you agree that additional Module isn't needed in my case (SYma) ? Because finally it is not clear for me… because the spécifications of the T8SG says that protocol Syma is native but manuel says that protocol is supported with add on module !
So I Don't know how to think… and need your hel p
Thank you very very much… and happy new year !

Devation is originally based on Devo radios, extra rf modules were added to get extra protocols etc.
The Jumper radios are full open radios and have all RF modules installed to support the full deviation protocol library natively.
I have no experience with Syma myself, but should work.

Try turning on the X5C protocol option. Click on the protocol name to access the options. If it's really a rebranded X5C that should work.

Hello
Well, I've take a look at radio and drone chipset : LT5910 for the drone and LT8910 for the radio
I'm not sure T8SG Plus V2.0 has a compatible protocole, i have search and read messages on the forum but I Don't find more than discussion about how to try to émulate.
Is ok now ?
Thanks very much
Clint
