ive seen this module , stated arduino compatible,

AFAIK it should work, but with very limited range, eg. 30m at an extremely rough guess?
But for a couple of bucks more you can get one with the power amplifier etc for much longer range; just make sure you figure out how you are going to physically mount it before you commit to buying!

that one "more flexible install" can keep antenna inside devo shell? as per A7105 module?. would be great

Yep. If you search on banggood for the separate bits (module + antenna) you can get it for a few bucks cheaper.
