as i try to upgrade to be able to use my devo 10 with freshly installed 4in1 module i have found that the software doesn't seem to be useable with windows 10,.. anybody know of a version or a workaround ? or know what im doing wrong,.....

Can you give us a bit more info? Do you mean DFUse, or do you mean the java tool? With either one you may need a different DFU driver.

When you plug in the Devo in programming mode, do you get a windows driver tone? Can you tell which USB device or connection is used?

Depending on what you get you may need to to use a utility to change driver, so let us know.

im trying to use DFUse i read about drivers but cant find how to install them (or a driver for) windows 10,
i take and boot up my devo 10 in dfu mode (ext button) it says it is in program update,.. cant find any indication of a connection in windows,

you need to open the device manager in windows and look for what driver windows is loading for the transmitter when it's in programming mode, sometimes it chooses the wrong driver and dfuse wont work. if that's the case you need to then manually load the correct driver which is found in the walkera dfuse program folder on the hard drive
