So today I had the unfortunate experience of dropping my tramsmitter, a Devo 8s running Deviation 5.0.0. Now my elevator stick (but not my aileron stick) gets stuck and is not smooth. I took apart the transmitter and found that the only thing wrong was that the rocker was rubbing on the inside casing for the gimbal (no problems with the spring). Anyone have any fix ideas? I'm considering lubing up the gimbal, if this is a good option, does anyone know how? Also, for some reason after taking apart the transmitter, my switches became a lot more stiff.
It should also be noted that from an electronic standpoint, everything still runs perfectly.
Any ideas are great,y appreciated, Thanks.

Just lubing it up is only gonna mask the issue.. it sounds like something popped out of alignment. I'd start taking the gimbal out and apart and see if something slipped.

I tried to take the gimbal out of the transmitter, not much luck there, the screws are tighter than I can handle.
