Why I can't change the TX power of devo7e ? was created by Scccc
I have been shorting resistance successfully. And I Changed the MCU to 256kb . But in the firmware(night building devo7e 256) of devo 7e 256 from night building can not change the power of transmitter it shows "default" . I need modify the "hardware ini "?What should do ?

I don't think the CYRF6936 in the 7E has a power amplifier in it, and that's the hardware that is used to change the power level. You can enable changing it in the software by setting has_pa-cy4f6936 to 1 in hardware.ini. But if there isn't one in the radio, changing the power levels in the settings won't do anything.
