Hello.

I am not good at English.

The red light on the power lamp,
My t8sg plus screen does not turn on.
I can see the usb files on the computer, but the screen is not turned on.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to fix it step by step.

I appreciated your concerning.

The connection between the computer and the usb mode and the DFU mode is also possible.

With USB mode try to edit "tx.ini" file and check if "brightness=5" or more.

The program installed on my controller is deviation-t8sg_v2_plus-v5.0.0-3bbb8f.
The files are like photos.
There is no "tx.ini" , there is a "tx" file and there is no brightness entry.

So you have default "tx.ini", and by default "brightness=5". It looks like you have some hardware problem. Try reseat LCD flat cable. There is the plastic latch on LCD connector, lift it.

I received this product in May.
And it turned on several times, but I can't see the screen.
I sent it to the address that Banggood told me in June, but it was returned to me in August. without even opening


As vlad_by said, if there is a hardware defect, I wonder if you will send lcd.

I would also check if the ribbon cable connecting the display to the main board is properly connected, might be a very simple fix ...

The ribbon cable was completely disconnected from the main board and reconnected but the screen was not visible.

How did you pay Banggood?

If it was with Paypal, I would start a claim to get your money back. Unfortunately BG customer service isn't always best :-(
