Emulator for Devo12 (big screen) ready

Ok, have found some time today.
In the attachements you will find the executable and the file system for devo8 (also used by devo12).
I have no clue how to get it running on windows except when you install the build environment. I did so on all my pcs so I can't test which prerequisites must be satisfied to get it running.
Maybe someone can describe this?

You guys rock! Please keeo working on the big screen development of the Devo 12/12s. I am not tech savy like you guys but wanted to say thanks for you hard work! I cant wait to try it out. Hopefully I will be able to find a way to contribute!

I am working on a method to make the screen more user configurable.
Until now I have implemented more toggle icons and more boxes. Now I try to give more flexibility in arranging the objects on the screen - still a lot of work...
But: it will not get its way into the deviation 3.0. It is simply not ready enough now. So please stay tuned...
