@ledvinap, can you put SPI traces to some file sharing and post a link here?

Dumps are attached, only exported SPI-decoded data from saleae
here is (quick-and-dirty) script to decode them: gist.github.com/ledvinap/d603d929e9444340f3b9033e30cd547a
and all files I currently have, zipped: drive.google.com/file/d/0B9HM4UOKDQBLV2F...cmM/view?usp=sharing

How about timing? That's why I prefer original undecoded traces - you can look at them with your own eyes, study timing, decode to your wishes - sometimes people use non-standard settings in SPI, for instance.

@victzh : Sorry, I did not save any trace. I'll post some when I open AT9 next time..
SPI was pretty standard (default saleae decoder settings). CC2533 SPI slave isn't too configurable ...

No problem. Next 3 weeks I will not be able to do anything with it, but I'll need your traces for comparison - the more TXs we trace the easier to find commonality and difference.

Here are Saleae-saved data :
drive.google.com/file/d/0B9HM4UOKDQBLX0p...T1U/view?usp=sharing
Just power on + some stick movements. Use SPI exports for protocol data

New protocol?
AT9 = DSSS system
AT9S = DSSS & FHSS
....like Spektrum DSM2 and DSMX..

Looking at the manual they use the same spread spectrum (DSSS& FHSS). The only difference I see is the color and the consumption power... I don't know if the internal are the same? Maybe yes.

AT9, without S, already has an MCU with 512KB of flash.

AT9S is a 10! channel TX, much more configurable than the AT10.anasm2010 wrote: ..The only difference I see is the color and the consumption power..

And it is almost immaterial for the purpose of using it as a new platform for Deviation. For standard Deviation use pattern we're replacing the radio part with our own radio module and it becomes just another (well-specced - powerful processor, large number of switches and pots) Deviated TX.
Another use - Deviation on unmodded AT9 supporting native Radiolink protocol - is not there yet. For this use differences in radios may be in radio module, not in the TX itself.

@anasm2010 - and these 10 channels are almost totally irrelevant - Deviation currently does not support native Radiolink protocol, but replaces the radio module altogether with one compatible with hundreds of models supported by Deviation.
What's important is original AT9's price drop - it can be found on Amazon for less than $100.

@victzh - Yes I know, just wanted to answear to @bianchifan...
Do you know when the deviation will be operational?
What upgrade for memory need to be done and with witch chip?
Is this the RF module that will replace the existent?
