Toggle Icons, a way to add more?

Could I add more toggle Icons into the media folder to choose from?

I was wondering, maybe I could extend the current BMP to twice as long, or maybe double width, for double the icons?

No, the toggles.bmp can have any format as long as it is a multiple of 32 pixels wide and a multiple of 31 pixels high.
Make sure you do not change the first icon (frame with question mark) and for compatibility I would not change the standard icons.
As an example you can use mine:

Forgot to mention (as often...): Devo8 can show only the first 32 icons.

Only 19 icones for my DEVO 8

Because there are only 19 in the icon file. If there would be more only the first 32 would be shown.
This was true at the moment I wrote the post you mentioned. I believe PB has added a scroll bar so more icons can be displayed, but I can't test actually.

I looked into: he has. The number of icons is limited to 64 icons in every of the four files (only "media/toggle3.bmp" for free use, the others for deviation standard icons).

What resolution must have BMP file to be compatible with Devo12S ?

I've tried to create my ownn toggle3.BMP but is not displayed properly, is it stripped and looks to be green negative on Devo's screen.

What are the settings to save the BMP file in photoshop ?
I've use all BMP settings from 16 bits to 32 bits, it still the same bad result.

Where are the letter's? A,F,E,Thr,G or the gear symbol. I like the throttle hold

I removed them cause they didn't make any sense to me,..

I have a devo 8s with deviation 4.01
I am wanted to have a more meaningful icon for my Fmode position so i wanted to write "Normal", "Accro 1" and "Accro 2"( accro is equivalent of stunt in french) for F0 F1 F2. For this i have created double icons just by puting 2 simple icons side by side. This is very easy.
It would be possible to have triple icons also....
I have also drawn 2 icons for landing gear. 2 other for stop go and 2 for mid throttle and full throttle
