Updating translations was created by PhracturedBlue
This are is to provide updated translations to users as well as discussing any translation issues.
If you would like updated translations to be released in Deviation, I recommend one of the following 2 methods:
1) If you are a Mercurial user, file a 'Pull request' with your changes
2) If you are not a Mercurial user, open a ticket here:
bitbucket.org/PhracturedBlue/deviation/issues/new
and attach your updated language file (as an attachment, please don't paste it into the ticket)

You can have different translations for Devo10/7e and Devo6/8/12 with different length of strings. For Devo6/8/12 couple of strings you need prefix "|devo8".

Thanks, I did not know that. I wondered about the devo8-prefixes.
I will leave a comment for PB #421 where this question was put.

Well, yesterday I would have said: start!, but actually there are some inconsistencies with the language files since I invoked "make language". I have to look at this before we have a stable base.
Yes, I'll tell you (soon).

I have fixed the issue with the language files (no real issue,, more a misunderstanding).
The Russian file (vlad) looks complete, the Africaans (RandMental) and the German (MG/kreidler) language file are revised, the work for the other can start...
