I'm thinking about soldering a 3-in-1 module into my Devo10.
I have read a lot and I also searched in this thread, but unfortunately I couldn't find an answer to my question and so I hope you guys can help.
There is an antenna cable on the 3-in-1 module from banggood. Where do I have to put this antenna cable?
Do I have to bore through the case and mount an additional stick antenna?
Can I put it together with the original antenna of the Devo10?
Is it possible to fix the antenna cable anywhere inside the case? Would this cause any range issues?
By the way: I only use my Devo for indoor flights, so the range isn't a real problem for me.
Thanks a lot in advance!

The tx has been modded with a 4in1 from Taobao and is running Deviation V5.0.0-bff7c9c.
I have tried both freq-fine and freq-coarse up and down the scale at intervals of 20 first and then at intervals of 10, but could never get a bind.
Any hints, please?
Addenda: in the meantime I have upgraded to the latest nightly build,
deviation-devo7e-v5.0.0-f9f36d5.zip, with similar results.
Note: put this post on Feedback & Questions yesterday: plenty of views but nobody replied. This place seems more appropriate.

Are the Bind lights on the X100 the blue ones? Can you give me an idea of the freq-fine around which bind should occur? Thank you.C0ckpitvue 777 wrote: Try holding down the bind button on the xk100 while inserting the battery, make sure the bind lights are off, then scroll the frequency fine slowly until the lights come on to indicate you're binded.

Here is what I do on the Devo 7E:C0ckpitvue 777 wrote: Yes the bind lights are blue, just leave frequency course on its default number and slowly scroll frequency fine and keep your eyes on the xk100.There is no particular number it varies dramatically, everybody number varies. After slowly scrolling through ff if you don't get no hit then go every 20 and hit the bind option in the protocol also make sure your throttle is at -100,I know its a pain in the thumb, lol.Make sure the tx is on before the quad whenyou do this procedure.
1. Power on with blue lights off.
2. ENT on the S-FHSS button
3. Set the Freq-Thin value and EXT (goes back to previous screen)
4. ENT on RE-INIT button.
5. If no bind, go back to step 2.
You see, there is no scroll facility on the Devo 7E. What should I be doing different?

Will keep you posted (late here already).C0ckpitvue 777 wrote: What I'm saying is you don't have to keep going back to the bind menu, just go up or down(scroll) on the ff numbers slowly,it will bind when you hit the frequency. Is your throttle reading -100 on the channel monitor?

I hope to have followed you to the letter, but no success.vmsda wrote:

Here is what I did. At all times, bind lights out, throttle -100.
A. Starting from freq-fine =-127, freq-coarse=0:
1. Freq-fine + 1 (until 127), ENT
2. Wait for Usain Bolt to run 100 metres
3. If nothing happens, back to 1
B. Starting from freq-fine=0, freq-coarse=-120:
1. ENT, EXT, RE-INIT, ENT
2. S-FHSS, ENT, freq-coarse + 20 (till 120)
3. ENT, EXT, RE-INIT, ENT
4. Wait for Bolt running 200 metres. If nothing happens, back to 2.
Thank you for your patience. Any more ideas?
