But I assume that this TX opens Deviation for mainstream (no soldering etc. needed), wouldn't it be great to support it natively? What would happen if one flashes the U7e build? Only channels reversed?

mwm wrote: What you want is a template, not a model. A template will adopt to the protocol, where a model setup will depend on the protocol for which channels the D/R switch effects. Or are you thinking of changing the default model so that channel virt1 is a 3-way switch based on one of them?
What I was thinking is more a default config file where the 3-way switches are well configured for Betaflight for example .... So we just need to change the default protocol .... to our specific machine

The template assigns channels 1-4 to simple curves, channel 5 to arm (GEAR1) and channel 6 for modes (MIX). It also adds virtual channels for sticky throttle hold (virt1), Throttle % display (virt3) and Timer reset (virt 5). It automatically maps to the correct protocol and device layout. TEST WITH PROPS REMOVED. I haven't fully documented it yet...
Deviation Devo7e 3way switch mod, A7105, NRF24L01
Devo6s 2x2 switch mod, trim mod, haptic, multimodule, A7105, NRF24L01, CC2500
Devo12e 4-in-1 with voice mod -- it speaks!!

SeByDocKy wrote: Another small improvement can be maybe done. The Jumper is compatible with "60" config files .... so maybe by inserting 30 new config files from model31.ini to model60.ini .... should be a little nice add.
SeBy - have you figured out how to get the RSSI feed on Channel 16 of an XM+ receiver to appear in Betaflight using the T8SG? Anyone else?

SeByDocKy wrote: Did you turn on the "lastchRSSI" option ? If the RSSI is still not here.... it means you will need to flash the good XM+ Firmware .... via a Taranis radio for example.
SeBy - I did set "LASTCHAN" on the Jumper - and so I need to find a Taranis I can borrow to flash the correct firmware. By the way, I seriously enjoy your reviews!
