yes, after upgrade the tgy tx to 1.0.8 and and upgrading rx telemetry was lost.
after the restore to 1.0.? (was the file from you dropbox and also downgrade tx to 1.0.7 is working.
later on i will test it with devo 12

That's mind blowing, I don't understand why they would have removed telemetry from the latest version (EU regulation ?).
Also, that's good to know the TX firmware can be downgraded, I thought it wasn't possible.
FIY my iA10 firmware backup is the one that goes with TGY-i10 1.0.7.

don't think so, i guess iti is a bug....
the tx can be downgradevia the gui on the tx, but not the rx.
anyhow, it workts for me.
can i support the further devolepment for the telemety with external sensors?
i have some voltage, rpm(optic) and iirc one temp sensor with i10 plugs workless in my box.
if this will help, pm me you adress.
btw. greart firmware.
king regards

I should have some free time in the next few days to complete telemetry, I *think* I already understand how multiple sensors of the same kind works so if you've 2 or 3 external voltage sensors for example you should be able to check if I'm right.

Just to make sure before I order a FS-ia6B :
Will I be able to add this protocol in my devo 7E (non ultimate)?
I have A7105 installed and tested.
Thanks.

Yes, it works on the 7e.
Note that you may have to update the iA6b if you want RSSI:

Hi guys, first post!
First of all I'd like to thank all the developers of deviationtx and its protocols - you have given me hours of fun flying quads. Being an engineer myself I can really appreciate the complexity of the work you guys have put in. Keep up the good work, it is appreciated!
I've tried Devo 7E build posted a few pages ago and it works great in pwm mode with my recently bought unmodified Flysky FS-iA6B. I'd like to use ppm to free up a uart port on my flip32 running the newest cleanflight.
Is this possible with the current state of the deviation software? I've tried connecting CH1 from the receiver to CH1 on the Flip32 and set cleanflight to PPM. I also tried different settings in the /Model setup/PPM In/ menu on the Devo 7E. Changing that setting sometimes prevents me from getting back to the "main view". Is this a bug or - probably more likely - user error?
I guess the main question is: Is what I'm trying to do possible?

This is a bug in Deviation, maybe it's been fixed since I built this version...
I'll try to post an updated version tonight, not sure it fixes this issue tho.
But yes, what you're trying to do should work, at least it's working with Devo 10 + iA10, just enable PPM in protocol settings dialog to enable PPM on output #1, I haven't tried with a iA6B but I suppose it works the same..

Just curious, is there any difference between this AFHDS 2A and the old AFHDS? Like in reliability/strenght/whatever?
Also what exactly makes this system "telemetry aware", is this dependent on the dual antenna system or is a dual antenna system used only to get the best signal via diversity?

Hello goebish!
Trying to bind an Eachine iA6 (rebranded FlySky, 6 channel park flyer PWM RX) to a 7e with A7105 module and your latest build - no joy.
LED on the RX (in bind mode) goes from fast blinking to slow blinking and stays slowly blinking with bind plug removed. Tried channel count from 6 to 12 (max on 7e).
Are there any chances to make it work or am I lost with this RX and it only works on the iA6B?

Maybe I could make it work if you can make some captures on a TX that works with it ...
There is hope and the protocol should not be that different if the LED on the RX goes from fast to slow blinking, at least there's already some sort of communication.
I could buy one of those RX as I still have Alexandro's TGY-i10 TX but I don't think it would bind to a FlySky RX so that wouldn't help.

Which brands are their transmitters ? FlySky or Turnigy ?
I've a Turnigy i10 (Alexandro's), I'm not sure it will bind with a FlySky iA6.
If you're sure the Turnigy TX can bind to a FlySky RX then I'll order one right now.

it is 2. hand info,
the guys told me they are using al kinds off rx(tgy bangood, flysky), binding mostly to a TGY i10 running 1.07
alexandro told me simular; he bind a old 3 ch. flykky car rx to i10.
so i'm 90% shure it works

Hello everyone.
I check the operation of the receiver to have.
FS-A6
FS-IA4B
FS-IA6
FS-IA6B
FS-IA10
Operating in all of the above.
Great job.
I am glad when the 'S.BUS' also become possible, if possible.

@joloebig ok I'll get a FS iA6 then (not B ) to try to get it to work in Deviation too.
@Ryou sbus is not possible, those RX can only do PWM, PPM and ibus.
