The 3-in-1 should work, but getting the third module enabled is different for every Tx, and requires soldering to mcu pins on some of them. I'm not sure how this is done for the F12E. You might check the wiki.

Want to add these to my Devo radios but cant find it anywhere to order.
Anybody got a link to the final version of these 4in1's?
I have a nice new Ultimate Devo 7e waiting thanks to kahuna...

Edit: If you are getting one directly from Ren, you may have to use Bhiner if you are in the USA, because Ren can only accept Alipay.

I've included my hardware ini file and my wiring diagram, they work perfectly together.
Be very careful on the #13 connection (very tiny)!
Just follow the pdf and use the ini file provided! Voila!

Are there any LNA issues with the 3-in-1 like there are with the 12 connector 4-in-1?
If there are new/old versions, is the Banggood one the current model or how can you tell them apart?
